1. Introduction & Acceptance These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the Heejra Centre platform and its ticketing services. By utilizing this website, registering for an event, or purchasing tickets, you explicitly agree to comply with these terms. Users must not misuse the platform, submit false data, or attempt unauthorized access.
2. Registration & Ticket Purchasing
Accurate Information:
Participants must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information during registration. For bulk purchases, the specific details of every subsequent attendee must be provided.
Official Channels:
All payments and registrations are only valid if processed directly through our official web link (www.heejra.my). We do not recognize transactions made through unauthorized third-party accounts or platforms.
Event Information:
Each event listing details the program, venue, categories, and pricing. Users are responsible for reviewing these details before completing a booking.
3. Ticket Categories & Seating Arrangements
Category Policies:
Ticket availability, pricing, and benefits are determined per event. Once a ticket is purchased, exchanging or transferring between ticket categories is strictly prohibited.
Seating:
Seating arrangements operate on a "Free Seating" and "First-Come, First-Served" basis, restricted within your purchased ticket category.
4. Cancellations, Refunds & Event Changes
Final Sale:
All confirmed ticket purchases are final. There are no refunds, cancellations, or exchanges permitted.
Program Alterations:
The organizer reserves the right to modify the schedule, speakers, venue, or program details under reasonable circumstances. Any significant changes will be communicated via official contact channels.
5. Attendee Conduct & Event Regulations
Punctuality:
Attendees must arrive at least 45 minutes prior to the event's start time to facilitate smooth check-in and registration verification.
Strictly No Recording:
Photography, video recording, and live streaming are strictly prohibited during the program. Security personnel reserve the right to remove any participant found violating this rule without a refund.
Personal Responsibility:
Attendees are required to maintain proper etiquette and discipline throughout the event. Participants are solely responsible for the safety of their personal belongings.
